Although not allowed to vote I was pleased the country voted for Brexit, but now I feel it would be a mistake, British politicians are complete wimps/clowns/cretins, not fit to run a country, your better off staying in, and let the Germans run the place.

That is why I am now a member of Nigel Farage's new Brexit Party.

With 40 Tory MEP's defecting to the Brexit Party, I thought the whole concept was to drain the swamp of self preservating dross - instead we may get 40 Douglas Carswells........

The biggest problem that I can see is that the potential "leave" vote is now split. With UKIP now home to former BNP and EDL morons the Brexit Party should theoretically emerge as a serious political force but in truth anything could happen.

Democracy didn't die; she was abducted by aliens who shafted her something rotten and left her for dead. The good news is that Democracy is a tough old bird and one day she will return and crush her enemies.

It takes a special brand of politician to be able to piss off all of the people all of the time.
If you are a politician all you need to do is keep 51% of the people happy and you will get
re-elected. They have pissed of the leavers whilst giving hope to the remainers , who would
have accepted the referendum result grudgingly had it been implemented.
The end result is that leavers are fuming and so are remainers .

What makes me chuckle the most are the man bunned bearded hipsters who frequent Starbucks
and Pret in affluent areas banging on about Corbyn and how the working classes in northern industrial
towns are remainers to a man !. Well these people will get an even bigger shock at the Euros.

Absolutely right! The number of people I met on the doorsteps at this recent election who said that they will be voting for the Brexit Party was almost unbelievable - and it didn't matter what they were intending to vote - or not - at the local elections.

The Brexit Party has my vote in the Euro elections despite being a dyed in the wool Conservative.

What had me rolling my eyes was listening to the Dim Dems leader Winch Cable today. He was claiming the improvement in their fortunes was down to doorstep canvassing. Someone tell the old fool it was anger at the Tories over Brexit ...or ( like David Steele) he will be telling the Libs that they should "go back to their constituencies and prepare for Government"

So now we are leaving the EU, will they stop our football teams dominating the European finals? Barnier must be spitting feathers about Liverpool and Tottenham's victories, and Chelsea and Arsenal will have twisted the knife...…the fact that so few Englishmen are involved is not relevant.
