One of two things OTC !

Either I am making medical history being the the first successful oral/anal transplant patient, or some evil person is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to read my posts.

Somebody has to.

Oh, puh-leeeeeeeeze.

Your watermelon politics are pathetic. Do you really think some wise omniscient government is going to do a better job than just letting people get on with it?

Do you know what is directly responsible for the recent hike in food prices? People no longer growing food but growing biofuels because of EU biofuels policy to help save the planet. Do you know why there's been a massive rise in deforestation? People clearing forests to grow biofuels because of EU biofuels policy to help save the planet. Do you know why third world countries can't produce enough food to lift themselves out of poverty for ever? Common Agricultural Policy decrees trade barriers to keep the French farmers in business. Do you know why there is a sudden drop in food buffers? EU policymakers decided that the food buffers were no longer necessary and got rid of them, just as they implemented the biofuels regulations.

These are Europe's greatest minds. (Hah!) We've already seen previous generations of Russians and Chinese implement glorious visions of utopia. We've seen socialists here achieve "success" by turning care for the vulnerable into a mechanism for a client state. Governing bodies invariably attract corruption, hadn't you noticed that in all your years here? And yet you persist in demanding that higher powers fix everything, mostly problems of their own creation!

You go on, you old fool, wear your hair shirt and support government busybodies messing up the lives of their own people as well as all these people you claim to feel sorry for. I'll go on wishing them all dead.

The solution to all your problems Moz. is population reduction. We need to see the global population to halve over the next 50 years. What are you and our politicians doing about this? Why nothing, you prefer that we all live miserable lives in semi poverty with rationed food and energy.

Food and energy are already rationed Oldun.
Price increases mean that the very poor are unable to afford much of either.

Good for the likes of us and maybe a move towards population reduction.
