What is all the gibberish that appears at the tail end of any links I add to a post. The link is in the normal blue and all the other stuff is in black. Can it be removed or is there a setting on my profile that needs to be altered?

It's a plague and it's getting worse here. Nearly every thread is full of them when people quote web links. I'll go and kick the man with the IT spanners

Or is it just me that's seeing reams of them?
