The latest court decision will kill off Uber and see a return for the black cabbie. The Uber business model only works if they avoid employment rights , VAT and regulation. They are now fooked and I am not sorry.

Licensed black cabs do a two year knowledge, have CRB checks and are insured for all eventualities. Uber drivers are not checked and may not even have a valid license. If you are in Uber when it is involved in an accident, you may find the driver has no insurance, license or right to be in this country. Then you are fooked.

Hopefully, this will see the end of Uber.
