NHS on line not fit for purpose

This morning I tried to order a pack of covid tests, none available

I then tried to book a booster jab on line. Website kept crashing. so I 'phoned 119 as advised by the local pharmacy. After listening to at least ten minutes of inappropriate guff, a recorded voice told me how busy they were and please call back later, what a waste of time!
